This is a cursed building in Venice. Bad things happen to whoever lives in it. Though it looks rather shabby and rundown, and it's not even standing up straight, it is in fact rather posh and expensive, and can only be afforded by crazed multi-millionaires with a death-wish. In the past there has been no shortage of them, but with all the old occupants dead, the building now lies abandoned, in wait for a new unbeliever.

Or something like that...
